I always try to maintain my health in a natural way. I’m always fond knowing things about improving my health as I take my health seriously.

It can even affect younger patients, but it is commonly found in persons above the age of 80. If untreated hypertension can destabilize all the other organs and this may lead to conditions like stroke, blindness etc.

This opens new doors as far as preventative medicine is concerned. New research has lead many experts to consider vaccines as an option when looking at high blood pressure patients.

So when a recipe tells us to use a medium potato or 1 portion of meat, what do they mean? Well a portion of meat is 100g, which in visual terms is about the size of a deck of cards. A medium potato is about the size of your computer mouse, and a portion of pasta or rice is about 1 cupful. Get your portion sizes right, and your good diet plans will start to fall into place.

3) Eat Before You Shop:

Shopping on an empty stomach is not a good idea. You will look at all those tempting snacks, and your rumbling tummy will be telling you to buy them. Would you be able to resist? The store owners know the answer is likely “No”, and place these high fat snack and junk foods where they will catch your eye, and let your hungry belly do the rest. Well, don’t give them the satisfaction and don’t shop when you are hungry!

Make sure you shop shortly after a meal and you will be much less tempted by these unhealthy treats. Once you have stopped buying these high fat snacks, you can start utilising all the healthy food you bought instead in your new diet plan.
