Are you done with all those bad diets and lost faith in finding a real and good working diet?  Well, I know thousands of people have gotten this thought over and over again. When you search the internet for diets you will only find all the same promotional speeches.

You know them: Start loosing weight and get a visible result after just a couple of hours, etc. etc. I still get surprised every time for not reading: “You will loose fat already by reading this promo text”.

It simply isn’t that easy to loose fat. You will have to work for it, either physical and mentally. A few weeks ago I have found a very good website with a very effective diet system. It will explain in further detail why most of diets will fail for thousands of people and why you should use this diet instead of others.

With this Diet you will still be able to still eat your pizzas and desserts whilst losing fat. Of course you can’t eat around 2-3 pizzas a week or constantly eating desserts, but it haven’t removed out of menu. The system will help you with dosages and this way it will work out.

Many people got convinced and have been made really happy and satisfied with this diet program already. If you are interested and would like to have a closer look to the whole system, you could simply click here and find out the possibilities for you!

I am sure you won’t be disappointed with this Diet!

Medifast Diet Review – What You Need to Know

December 23rd, 2009

Looking for a way to lose weight quickly and efficiently without having to risk your health? Then you’ve stumbled upon the right medifast diet review. Surely, you’ve heard of many diet plans out there that promise the same thing but most of these diet plans either don’t work or are bad for your health. In this medifast diet review, you’ll learn what sets the medifast diet apart from other diet plans that are currently available as well as find out what its ingredients are. To start with, let’s talk about the diet plan itself. Medifast is unlike other diets in the sense that you need not cut down on your food intake but rather tweak them a little in order to make sure that you’re still getting the nutrients that your body requires without having to starve yourself. In fact, you would have to eat 5 different meals a day once you’ve started this diet program. The idea is to keep feeding your body the fuel it needs to help train your metabolism to work faster thus increasing the amount of fat you burn. Also, once your metabolism starts working overtime, the chances of any fat getting stored in your body is close to nothing. This would help you lose the weight quickly and efficiently without the need to cut down on your food intake. Sounds good so far, right? But there is more to this medifast diet review.

Let’s talk about the ingredients that the use to make the various medifast products. One of the main ingredients that they use is soybeans. This is because there is a superior amount of natural protein found in it which provides us with our daily needs. In fact, soybean has been used throughout the years for various health products because of its various health benefits. For starters, it helps lower LDL cholesterol levels as well as the triglycerides found in your body. This would subsequently reduce your risks of getting heart disease. It also contains plenty of occurring constituents which are natural estrogen sources thus it also helps in decreasing the various menopausal symptoms such as moodiness and hot flashes. Of course, no medifast diet review would be complete without a rundown of the other ingredients that make up a medifast meal.

It also includes plenty of fiber which is very good to the body because it helps clean our insides as well as aid in the proper elimination of wastes. The meals also contain generous amounts of vitamins and minerals which were all designed to provide you with the right amount you need for the day. The meals are low in carbohydrates but the amount of the vitamins and minerals compensate for that fully. The majority of these meals don’t contain whey proteins such as the oatmeals, chicken noodle soup, chocolate pudding and the ready to drink shakes. So there you have it, just some of the ingredients that you would need to know about before giving this diet plan a try. Hopefully this medifast diet review was able to provide you with the information you were looking for.

Learn Mindful Eating to Lose Weight Without Diet Or Exercise

December 19th, 2009

One of the best dieting skills is learning mindful eating to lose weight and when you learn how to become a mindful eater you will find that your weight goes down even without the need for diet or exercise. This article shares with you how mindful eating helps the weight come off and the simple step-by-step process you can follow.

Would you lose weight if you naturally ate slower, if you could easily decide if a food was worth eating or not and if you could base your food choices on how the foods made you feel or how they affected your mood? These are all benefits of mindful eating and you can easily learn them.

Let me give you some simple instructions so you can learn mindful eating to lose weight with little effort…

1. Eat with your eyes, nose, ears, mouth and taste buds. In other words, why not make eating a 5 senses experience? Try this…hold a bite of food in front of you and notice how it looks and if it has an aroma. Now put the bite of food in your mouth and listen for any sound it makes as you bite into it as you also pay attention to how it feels as it moves around your mouth and finally take notice of the taste.

2. When you eat… just eat. Don’t listen to the radio or TV as you eat and don’t be surfing the web, you want to focus on the food.

3. After chewing all of the food in your mouth be sure to swallow it completely. This is a surprising tip for many people who don’t realize how fast they shoveled food into their mouth in the past.

There are a ton of simple ways to reduce the amount of food you eat without the need for a formal diet and exercise program and one of the best ways is to learn mindful eating to lose weight with very little effort.

Nine Ways to Tell Fad Diets from Effective Weight Loss Plans

December 18th, 2009

In a diet and fitness world full of hype, it’s hard to make choices will give you good, permanent results. There’s a lot of confusing, conflicting, and misleading information. And there are many weight loss programs and products that range from ineffective to downright dangerous. It’s hard to tell which deliver on their promise and which are hype that is marketed well.

You may have already spent a small fortune on unused exercise equipment, diet books, foods, and supplements and still aren’t as slim or fit as you want to be.

There are literally hundreds of diets to choose from. I was recently on a site that sold 100’s of diet books – there were diets over 40, diets for obese people, diets for stomach fat, even an “idiot proof” diet. So how to decide which diet plan to try?

If you’re frustrated with the way you look and feel, if you are confused about what is the best diet or the best exercise program, you aren’t alone. If you’ve tried the “diet of the month” and it didn’t deliver, it’s not your fault. The diet and fitness industry thrives on your failure. If you lost weight and kept it off, you wouldn’t need to buy the next great weight loss “miracle”.

So before you start off on a new diet program, get out your “BS” detector and here are some things to look for in an effective weight loss program.

- You want to look for a program that is based on science. One that has you eating nutritious food and teaches you to work with your body’s metabolism, instead of against it, to lose weight. This will eliminate the fad diets and the flat out kooky stuff that may drop a few pounds that you’ll gain right back and could never be sustained as a lifestyle.

- Look at the author’s credentials. Does the author have experience in the weight loss or fitness industry? Has he or she used this plan himself or tried it on clients before offering it to the rest of us? Does she explain things clearly?

- What does the website look like? Does it look professional? Is there lots of good information or is it just a lot of hype?

- Does this sound like a plan you can live with? Some diets work quickly but when you go off it you will probably gain the weight back. I personally don’t want to count calories or eat a low carb diet or high protein diet for the rest of my life!

- Is the diet based on healthy eating? Sure, eating nothing prepackaged frozen dinners may take the weight off (this is serious portion control!), but is it really good for you? Do you want to be just thin, or lean and healthy?

- Is there was ongoing support? Do you get access to the author on a blog or vis regular emails with continued education?

- Is there a guarantee? You want at least a 30 day, preferably 60 day guarantee. That way you have a chance to try the plan out and get your money back if it doesn’t work for you.

- What are other people saying? Most websites have a testimonial section. Are they for real? Are the before and after pictures convincing? They should be. The publishers of these sites could be in a lot of trouble if they’ve made them up. However, a better idea is to go on sites like yahoo answers, amazon, or diet blogs where real users have posted comments.

- Is there a special offer? Are they offering free tips, ebook or special report? These will give you an idea if you like what that author has to say and their style. See if it resonates with you before you buy. Excellent authors usually have so much good information they are generous with giving some away.

The healthy diets that work will all have a lot of similarities. Know yourself and find one that makes sense to you and will fit with your lifestyle. Then give it your best effort. If it doesn’t work out, you will know that you didn’t fail the diet, the diet failed you.

The Secret to Losing Weight – Shed the Pounds by Burning the Fat and Eating Healthier

December 14th, 2009

Everyone who has ever been a little overweight is looking for the ’secret’ to losing weight. How many times have you started a new diet? Come on now, be honest. If you have been trying to lose weight for a while, you have probably stopped and started more diets than you care to admit.

The results tend to be the same. It is fantastic for the first couple of days when you are really motivated and determined that this time you are going to succeed. After a couple of weeks, you have lost around seven pounds and are feeling happy. But then the weight loss slows down and you become de-motivated. Weighing your food to keep to a specific calorie count and only being allowed to eat certain foods begins to lose its attraction. You feel deprived and annoyed that yet again another diet program is not going to live up to its promise.

So what can you do? The first thing you should do is throw out the diet books. You already know you need to lose weight. The real way to lose those excess pounds is to create an energy deficit. This means that you must consume fewer calories than you use during the day. You need to increase your physical activity and start eating more healthy foods. It doesn’t mean that you should starve yourself though as your body will think that you are actually in danger and will start storing fat while using lean muscle for its energy source.

You have to change your eating habits. Instead of three large meals a day, you should eat five or six smaller portions. This will help to increase your metabolism rate and start burning calories faster. You are also less likely to feel deprived as you won’t be hungry. Eating little and often will also help to stabilize your blood sugar levels. This will prevent you from hitting those highs and lows which can cause cravings and snacking.

You should eat healthy foods though, which means that you should increase your consumption of fruit and vegetables. You also need to eat complex carbohydrates, proteins and some good fats. Good fats can be identified as those which do not solidify at room temperature. Every meal should contain a portion of each. Any program that forbids any of these foods is best avoided. Your body needs high quality protein to repair itself and carbohydrates and a little fat for energy.

We all need to get more active and one of the best ways to slim down and tone up is to combine healthy eating with aerobic exercise and some weight training. You would not do both activities on the same day but alternate them. Choose whatever form of cardio exercise you enjoy and do this three times a week before eating breakfast. Cardio exercise is any exercise that gets the heart pumping faster.

On the other days, get yourself down to the gym and start lifting some light weights. Speak to a fitness instructor, tell him what you are trying to achieve and he will help you to develop a program. Lifting weights does not mean that you will end up with bulging muscles.

So, the ’secret’ to weight loss is – exercise more and eat less – simple as that!
