Holiday Dieting – Eat Mindfully This Christmas and Lose Weight Without Dieting

Shift your focus to feel the texture of the food as it moves between your teeth and over your tongue: is it smooth or rough? And finally notice the taste of the food.

By eating mindfully you will naturally eat slower and you will also enjoy your food more which will allow you to eat less and be more satisfied.
